DESCRIPTION

Remake of the project from 2003 with different Architecture. Abandoned construction site [factory for cast iron production] was supposed to be turn into a fashion production plant. Buildings with totally different original purpose were reconstructed by extensions, new inner floors, new stairs & elevators, additional steel elements…etc. All this become possible because of our knowledge for the construction systems of original buildings – precast concrete columns, beams, floor hollow core panels, steel roof trusses. In practice reconstruction was done over 5 structurally separate blocks.
